Would you like to join our international team and take on a lot of responsibility right from the start? Are you interested in the tourism industry and have always wanted to know how a tour operator works? We are always looking for motivated interns who ideally want to share their passion for Latin America with us.

Your tasks:

• Supporting our product managers in processing offers and travel bookings
• Creation of booking confirmations and travel documents for our customers
• Answer telephone and written customer inquiries
• Assisting our product managers in the conception and implementation of new travel products, including calculation, copywriting and marketing measures preparation of events and trade fair appearances
• Updating travel products on our homepage and maintaining data in our new back office system
• General support of daily operations
• Project-related tasks

What you should bring with you:

• Good written and spoken German skills, knowledge of English and/or Spanish is an advantage
• IT skills in the Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Independence and quick comprehension
• Ideally, knowledge of our destinations in Latin America
• Enjoy dealing with customers and colleagues

• Secondary school leaving certificate or Abitur/university entrance qualification
• Enthusiasm for Latin America and sustainable travel
• Openness, willingness to learn and reliability
• Good foreign language skills in English and possibly Spanish (advantageous)
• Confident use of common MS Office products
