A team of 15 dedicated employees works at the company headquarters in Freiburg. avenTOURa also has its own branch in Havana, where another 10 colleagues are employed.

In addition, representatives are stationed in the Cuban cities of Trinidad, Santiago de Cuba and Viñales who are responsible for customer service there. Our avenTOUReras and avenTOUReros are all enthusiastic Latin American travelers and know "their" countries from their own travel and living experience there, some of them for several years.

Some of you also grew up in a Latin American country. For all of us, we not only have mastered the tools of tourism, but we also carry the cultures of the countries we visit close to our hearts.
